Mary Dogan Winslow brings a unique blend of agency and client-side expertise, honed over an impressive career in the hospitality and marketing industries. During her 22 years at IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), Mary held several positions within the loyalty marketing group at both global and regional levels. Under her stewardship, the program grew to become the largest hotel loyalty program in the world. Additionally, Mary developed and managed over 40 global airline partnerships, launched IHG’s first co-branded consumer credit card, and managed the program’s franchisee owners committee. In 2009, Mary was recruited to the brand marketing department, where she played a pivotal role in repositioning the Hotel Indigo brand, driving the development of an award-winning service culture that earned a JD Power award. Her comprehensive experience in brand development, strategy, and marketing has equipped her with the strategic insights needed to craft marketing solutions that consistently elevate brands within the tourism sector.
Following her tenure at IHG, Mary joined Luckie & Co., a data-driven insights marketing solutions firm, where she served as SVP of Strategic Solutions and later as Chief Marketing Officer. Over her nine years at Luckie, Mary expanded her marketing acumen across multiple verticals, including Travel & Tourism, Destination Marketing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods, Senior Living, and Quick Service Restaurants. Under her leadership, Luckie secured over $10 million in new business, demonstrating her prowess in business development and strategic growth.
Mary holds a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from Georgia State University. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, their 10-year-old son, and two dogs. An avid golfer, reader, and fitness enthusiast, Mary’s passion for travel has taken her around the globe, including living abroad during both her graduate studies and her time at IHG.
